"How do i deal with stress from school? "

School related stress is one of the main types of stress in a teens life. School can be overwhelming, and sometimes it seems like teachers all give you projects or tests the same day, or week. What I've found that helps me when I'm stressed out in school is to get organized. When I'm organized, I know what I have to do, and when I have to do it, which makes doing the work a lot easier. Also I find that when I'm most stressed from schoolwork, it's because I'm waiting until the last minute to do assignments, which will surely cause stress, and my work won't be done as well.
So basically, make sure you're on top of things. Get organized, and do all of your assignments ahead of time, that way you don't always end up doing 4 hours of homework the night before, and more like an hour a night during the week.
