"How do you feel about teens losing their virginity at such a young age? "
I think more and more teens are starting to lose their virginity at younger ages because it is advertised so much in today's tv shows, movies, and magazines and seems to be more accepted. I don't think this is a good thing for teens to be doing, especially at such a young age. They need to learn to have more respect for themselves and to make smarter decisions. I think the problem at our school is that people think of sex as something much more casual than it actually is. They seem to be doing it "just for fun" with people who mean nothing to them when it really is something that should be shared with someone special.

I definitely agree. I believe that sex is the most personal thing you could share with somebody, and at our school people are so flippant about who they have sex with. It's become such a casual thing, that they don't care who it is they're having sex with, STDs are spreading, and people are getting pregnant. Not nixing those pregnant teens, or herpes-sufferers, but those things could easily be prevented. Even those who aren't preggo or disease-effected, it's not a healthy lifestyle for someone to lead.
ReplyDeleteI agree and the fact that it's become so normal and accepted in todays society is scary. Girls need to start respecting themselves and acting more mature rather than going off with people they don't care about and doing things that they think don't matter.
